The Goddess, the Great Mother—Gaia, Cybele, Ishtar, Isis, Rhea, Mater Matuta—these are her thousand names. A singular deity, the sound and voice of the divine, a constant, manifold, and ever-changing presence visible in everything that surrounds us. The Goddess is a celebration of life, vital energy, the eternal cycle. All lives, all beings, emerge from the mighty womb of the Great Mother. One form dissolves into another—the transformation of human into animal, of serpent into tree, and so on—a perception of the resurgence of vital energy from form to form, from being to being.
